Description
What is it?
The SHIELDme Sanitisation Tunnel is a disinfecting passageway for human use, which sprays the person passing inside with a dry mist of SHIELDme high-level disinfectant and sanitiser – killing 99.99% of viruses (including COVID-19), bacteria, mould, fungi, and spores.
The sanitisation tunnels can be used at the entry of a building, to prevent any viruses or bacteria on people from entering the building.
This product uses the SHIELDme high-level disinfectant and sanitiser, which is a 100% natural, non-irritating solution that is safe for humans. It contains Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) which is naturally produced by the immune system. This formula was declared a high-level disinfectant by the FDA in 2002.
How it works
The disinfection tunnel is a passageway with an integrated hydraulic system for the fogging of the disinfectant liquid (HOCI) to kill viruses, bacteria, mould, fungi and spores to include Covid-19.
In conjunction with a temperature test, sanitising tunnels can be used before the entry of a building or stadium, to prevent any infected people to enter the building.
Hypochlorous acid (HOCI)
Hypochlorous acid (HOCI) is super oxidized water, manufactured from 100% natural resources, and is 100% safe for humans even children, it does not have any chemicals or toxic content. (HOCI) is laboratory proven to kill Covid-19.
Operation
Sanitising tunnels uses a pump to distribute shield me liquid to spray nozzles which are equally distributed on a hose line inside the tunnel. The fogging system is connected to a control panel capable of automatically detecting and spraying disinfectant sanitising liquid for pre-set time.
The nozzles spray & close automatically using motion. Under the tunnel, a collection tray is provided to collect the disinfectant liquid that is accumulated during the process.
The design allows disinfecting all surfaces even if not directly exposed to the nozzle.
